About FuelDesk
Software built around the forecourt
Most petrol pumps still close shifts on paper registers and settle the numbers in a spreadsheet late at night. We think pump owners deserve better tools.
Why we built FuelDesk
A petrol pump is a high-volume, low-margin business where small leakages add up quickly: a misread meter, an unrecorded credit fill, a short that nobody explains. The information needed to catch these exists at the nozzle — it just rarely reaches the owner in time.
FuelDesk captures it where it happens. Attendants record readings and collections on their phones, managers review and approve each shift, and owners see reconciled numbers the same day. Every correction carries a reason, and every financial entry is reversible but never erasable.
We design for the realities of Indian fuel retail: three-shift days, cash and UPI side by side, fleet customers on credit, patchy mobile networks and staff who have never used business software before.
Accuracy first
Sales come from meter readings and price history, calculated with exact decimal arithmetic — never rounded guesses.
Trust by design
Each business’s data is isolated, access is role-based, and sensitive changes are logged.
Simple for staff
If an attendant can use a UPI app, they can use FuelDesk.
Built to grow
Start with one pump; add outlets, staff and modules as your business grows.
How we work
Principles we don’t compromise on
- Your data is yours
- Your business records belong to you. We never sell them or share them with third parties for marketing.
- No hidden charges
- Plans are priced per business, with prices shown up front. Payments are confirmed by the gateway before anything is activated.
- Honest numbers
- Financial records are reversed with a reason, never silently edited or deleted.
- Support that understands pumps
- Questions about shifts, readings or reconciliation are answered by people who know how a forecourt runs.
